Travel agencies are paid through a combination of service (transaction) fees from their clients and commissions based on their suppliers. Our client fees are based on the time and complexity of the arrangements and the level of commission suppliers pay us.
24/7 Emergency Services are also provided.
Travel Packages
Pre-Packaged Travel
Travel package (with or without airfare) offered at a set price. This includes group tours with a set itinerary, inclusions and exclusions are clearly defined, and the entire travel plan is offered at a total cost to the client. There is no itemized invoice provided.
Custom Travel
Custom travel (with or without airfare) is an individualized itinerary where all components are clearly defined, and the entire travel plan is offered at a total cost to the client. There is no itemized invoice provided.
À La Carte Travel Services
All of these services are payable to the agency either directly or indirectly - paid as a commission by the travel supplier, paid as part of a travel package, or paid in the form of a service fee.
Service Charges
Note: All these service fees/charges must be paid at the time of reservation, plus any deposit required by the airline, train, car rental, or hotels.

We also offer travel protection plans through two different companies. We highly recommend travel protection plans for your adventure. You never know what life may throw your way, and you want to be protected if you were to have to cancel or need to get delayed or require medical attention while traveling.
